Dear, I am looking to get a "certificate of confirmity" of my NCM Moscow 36v.
I would like to subscribe my MTB as a speed pedelec in Belgium. And would need this certificate in order to do this.
All tips are welcome.

the best solution would be to contact Leon Cycle directly for the "certificate".
I think here is no one who can offer you that certificate.

i don't think you will get it, as the moscow is not forseen as a speed ped....
