Sehe ich genauso.

Klar kann man auch bei einem Auto sich extra einen Tag Urlaub nehmen und diesen dann bei seinem Lieblingshändler vor Ort verbringen damit man sich z.B. eine Radio/Navi/Bordcomputer Combo, dessen Funktion man nicht versteht, erklären lassen...
??

Und ganz aktuell ging es hier um
"Bremsenrubbeln" !
Wer sowas nicht selbst in die Hand nehmen kann sollte sich was beim Händler vor Ort kaufen.
Oder darf sich dann freuen wenn er in der Saison sein Untersatz überhaupt mal zu Gesicht bekommt ...


Ansonsten hat ein Service natürlich zu funktionieren und man erwartet spätestens nach 24 Stunden eine Antwort und nach weiteren 24 Stunden eine Lösung
(Oder so ähnlich) ...
