Huh? Are we talking about fixing the bracket to the Pletscher-plate (in fact it's a Pletscher-tube in Moscow...).
If so, just take a long screw and fix the bracket with washers and NUT to the Pletscher-thing. Screw, washer and nut are included with the kit.
