Yes Pletscher-tube, you were right I was able to fix it.
BUT now I can't find a way to mount the U stays in the rear wheel. Whatever I try it goes in the way of the brake lever and it's dangerous because it can block it.

I now reallized now that you all posted pictures of the Moscow Plus where the brake lever is probably larger and more lower compared to the Moscow (not Plus) +. Does it mean it can't mount the stays?
