ST-Link funktioniert nur mit ST Controllern. Hast du einen seriell-USB Wandler, um die Kommunikation zwischen Display und Controller zu beobachten?

Yes i do.
I tried to connect the serial.

pin 2 - TX
Pin 3 - RX
Pin 5 Ground

I connected it to the controller on the new pins i soldered on.

I allso left the ST-link on the ground and 5V pin, just to supply the board with power.

But i think that the Tx/RX pins is set to the wrong locations, as it cannot see the controller.

The "Der-Hammer" looks very advanced. but is looks more like a hex code-something?

Hex, ASCII, Binär. Hterm kann eigentlich alles. Versuche mal folgendes:

             gnd------------gnd      
Controller tx------------rx Display
                rx------------tx

Verbinde jetzt den nur den RX des Seriell-Adapters mit dem TX des Controllers und GND des Seriell-Adapters mit GND des Controllers. Die Baudrate auf 9600, Parity None, 8 Bits, 1 Stopbit. Richtigen Comport (-> DeviceManager) auswählen und Connect drücken.
Am besten geht übrigens so etwas:

No luck with the normal serial cable on the suggested pins.
I have ordered the USB-To-TTL converter that you linked to.

But how to find the RX on the controller, will be a Little tricky. but i will go with trial and error and just try my way :)

Hallo liebe gemeinde ich hoffe ich bin hier richtig mit meiner frage. bin ebike neuling.
habe mir ein ncm moscow gekauft. dies hatte werkseitig ein l6 display.
habe mir nun über ebay ein c4b bestellt. musste aber festellen das die stecker gar nicht zusammen passen. soweit ich das beim lesen diverser threads verstanden hab passen die c4b und die c6bbt an alle ncm moscow und praque? oder gibt es abgesehen von daumengas und bremshebel versionen, noch andere versionen des displays?

Willkommen hier im Forum! Eigentlich muss das C4B Display genau so einen runden Stecker wie das L6 Display haben. Wo hast du das C4B Display gekauft?
Kannst du mal ein Foto von dem Stecker am C4B Display machen und hier reinstellen?

Der Stecker ist anders als bei den NCM Rädern. Es sind zwar 8 Pole, aber diese sind alle außen angeordnet. In der Mitte ist kein Kontakt bei NCM. So wird das leider nichts mit dem Display. Zurückgeben und bei Rad-Wechsel einfach ein neues Display bestellen.
